RRMI CRM for SharePoint — License Terms

1. License

RRMI grants the purchasing organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use RRMI CRM in one Microsoft 365 tenant, for any number of users in that tenant, for the term shown on the plan purchased (perpetual unless a term is stated).

2. Activation key — one-time use

Each purchase or download includes one activation key, generated at the time of download. The key can be used only one time. On first use it is permanently bound to the Microsoft 365 tenant where it is activated. It cannot be reused on another tenant, for a second installation, or for a reinstall. Contact RRMI if you need to move tenants.

3. Your data

The app stores all CRM data in SharePoint lists in your tenant. RRMI does not receive or store your CRM records. During activation and a daily license check, the app sends RRMI only the activation key or license identifier, your SharePoint host name, the site address, and the activating user's email.

4. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or remove the licensing from the app, or share your activation key outside your organization.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by RRMI at info@rrmi.net. A refunded license is revoked.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RRMI's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
